- 50% deposit or _____________________ required. Balance due day of event. Please note that Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted and are subject to a processing fee. For approved customers, a valid purchase order number or DAV number can be used in lieu of a deposit. The deposit is non-refundable if the event is cancelled. Payment of the deposit signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

- Price quoted includes all supplies, equipment rental, delivery, set-up, attendants and break down.

- Deletions may be traded for additional items of equal value. Additions must be approved by contact person(s) and will be billed.

• Client agrees to provide adequate power as specified and safe access to grounds as required for safe set-up and operation. Lighter Than Air, Inc. requires ______ circuits of _______ amps each of ______ volt power for this job, as bid. If site does not have adequate power, client agrees to rent sufficient generator(s) from Lighter Than Air, Inc. at an additional cost.

- Client agrees to provide one, and only one, contact person who will be present at the event to authorize setup location, sources of electricity, and address all other setup questions. Contact person will also acknowledge time Lighter Than Air, Inc. personnel have equipment ready for use at the event. - If rented, Client agrees to provide water for dunking booth (approximately 500 gallons).

• Rain date must be rescheduled at least ____ hours before beginning of event as equipment cannot be set-up or operated on wet ground, or in the rain. In case of rain during the event, equipment will be taken down immediately and held under cover until rain stops or time reserved expires, whichever comes first. If adequate cover can be provided by customer or is available, equipment will be re-installed at customer's request. Lighter Than Air, Inc. will work with customer to provide safe and secure setup and operation for a successful event; however, Lighter Than Air, Inc. cannot insure against or absorb cost of events or situations beyond our control. Client agrees to pay in full for all delivered items no matter what weather conditions arise during the event.

• Lighter Than Air, Inc.'s highest concern is for the safety of participants. Lighter Than Air, Inc. reserves the right to cease operation of any ride, game, or other activity if the participants create an unsafe condition.
