Long Term Helium Tank Rentals

Helium tanks are available for rent on a long-term basis. Our long-term rental customers include apartment complexes, florists, restaurants and other businesses that need helium for months at a time.
NOTE: Due to the ongoing worldwide helium shortage, prices are subject to change at any time.
Helium cost: We have 2 tank sizes for long-term rental. 6% KY sales tax applies unless proof of tax-exempt status is provided.
Medium Tank (9300): $190.00 / Inflates about 150 latex 11” or 12” balloons.
Large tank (#210): $283.00 / Inflates about 325 latex 11” or 12” balloons.
Helium tank rental: $14.00 per month plus 6% KY sales tax.
Regulator (filler nozzle) rental: $14.00 per month for a regulator with a gauge, plus 6% KY sales tax. Also available for purchase. Does not apply if you own your regulator.
Payment terms: C.O.D for all helium deliveries. We accept cash, check, Visa, MC, AMX or Discover. Due to the worldwide helium shortage, we cannot invoice after delivery.
Tank and regulator rental invoiced quarterly, terms net 30 days.
Valid credit card number required as security deposit.
Deliveries made one or two business days after your order. Delivery fee: $30.00 in Fayette County. Additional charge for counties outside Fayette.
When your helium tank is almost empty just call 859-272-7777 to order a new tank.
